Merchant Couplings
Standard and Extra Strong
Full and half couplings to ASTM
standards in various finishes including Oil Treat, Phosphate and Electro Galvanized in
both Straight Tap and Taper Tapped threads in sizes from 1/8 through 6 inches in diameter.
Also available are API 5L Grade B Line Pipe, AAR, NPT, and Right and Left couplings.
Conduit Couplings
Conduit couplings are manufactured to U.L./C.S.A. Standards, and Electro Galvanized on site to a 4-minute Preece Test. Also available in Aluminum.
Merchant Fittings
Low Pressure Hexagon Reducer Bushings, Plugs and Hex Caps are finished in Oil treat or Galvanized, in sizes up to 1 inch in diameter.
Forged Steel Fittings
Manufactured from A105 material in Class 2000, 3000, and 6000, Forged Steel Shapes and Bar Stock products are offered as Normalized (A105N), or Non-Normalized (A105), and are fully traceable for Mechanicals and Chemistry through our MTR program on our Web Site.
Forged Steel Anvilets
(Branch pipe connections)
Forged Steel Anvilets are available in A105 or A105N material. Outlet connections range from Standard, Extra Strong, Schedule 160 and Double Extra Strong Butt Weld to Class 3000 and 6000 Socket Weld and Threaded. Also available is a full range of Elbow and Lateral Anvilets.
Forged Steel Unions
Forged Steel Unions with steel-to-steel seats, in threaded or socket weld ends, are available in A105N Class 3000 and 6000 in either black or galvanized finish. Class 3000 brass-to-steel seats are also available. Stainless steel Orifice Plates on request.
Seamless Pipe Nipples
Manufactured in Schedule 40, 80, 160 or XXS from fully traceable A106 pipe and finished in black phosphate for easy identification, or Galvanized. They are available in sizes up to 6 inches in diameter in standard or custom cut lengths, in a variety of end finishes.
Welded Pipe Nipples
Standard and Extra Strong
Manufactured from Continuous Weld (CW) - A53-F - Pipe and come finished either in Oil Treat or Galvanized. They are available in sizes from 1/8 through 6 inches in diameter and standard or custom cut lengths. Also available manufactured from black ERW pipe starting from ½ inch in diameter.
The end configurations available are NPT Thread, Square Cut, Bevelled, Grooved, Reamed, and Double Reamed (Mining Nipples).
Ready-Cut Pipe
Ready-Cut Pipe is manufactured
for your requirements over 12 inches in length, and is available in standard and custom
cut lengths up to full lengths. The diameters are 1/8" through 2" in diameter,
and are finished in Oil Treat or Galvanized.
Ready-Cut Racks are available to Merchandise these products and are provided
at no charge with your initial full rack order.
Electrical Conduit Nipples
Manufactured from Aluminum & Electro Galvanized steel pipe are available in standard cut lengths in diameters from ½" through 2".

Swaged Nipples and Bull Plugs
Carbon Steel Swaged Nipples, concentric or eccentric are available in threaded, bevelled, plain end or grooved connections, or in any combination of such end finishes. Manufactured in Schedule 40, 80, 160 and XXS.
Hexagon or Round Bull Plugs are available in Schedule 40, 80, 160, XXS or Solid.
Galvanized Steel Fittings for Plastic Pipe such as male adapters, insert couplings, Well Seal ells and Venturi adapters are manufactured in A53 grade steel. Male adapters are also available in Stainless Steel.
Steel Hose Fittings such as Combination Nipples and Hose Menders for industrial rubber hose are available in black, galvanized or brass from ½" to 6" in diameter.
