NOTES & TERMS

WARRANTY:   Canvil products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and will be replaced without charge if failure occurs within one year after date of shipment provided they have been used as recommended and in accordance with recognized piping practice and provided they have not been worn out due to severe operating service, such as encountered under extremely corrosive or abrasive conditions.   Canvil makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied.  Our liability is limited to our sale price of the particular product.  In no event shall Canvil be liable for any consequential damage.

RETURNED GOODS:  Material purchased may not be returned without our written consent.

FREIGHT: All prices quoted F.O.B. our plant, Simcoe, Ontario;  Edmonton, Alberta; or freight equalized thereon; with full freight allowed on 1,000 lbs. or $1,500 to recognized delivery points in Canada.  All shipments will be made from the nearest distribution centre via the least expensive mode, unless otherwise instructed.   Whenever a buyer selects a more expensive method for shipment, or alternate distribution centre, the difference in transportation costs will be for the buyer's account.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE  and will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment whether or not orders received bear any prices.

TERMS:  2% 15th month following, Net 30th.

SALES TAXES:  Extra as applicable (Please show licence on order.)
